Neurosphere Dissociation Medium is designed to efficiently dissociate neurospheres into single cells with highest cell viability when tested with multiple lines. This medium is fully supplemented, sterile filtered and is ready for use.

Bioassay: Each lot was tested for the ability to dissociate neurospheres within 20 minutes and resulted in >80% viability.
Product Use: Neurosphere Dissociation Medium is for research use only.  It is not approved for human or animal use, or for application in in vitro diagnostic procedures.
Sterility test: Negative for bacteria, yeast, fungi and mycoplasma.
Storage & stability: Avoid exposure to light. Store at -20oC for up to 24 months. Once   thawed, the medium can be stored at 4°C for up to 2 weeks.
