iXCells Biotechnologies provides high quality Human Iliac Artery Endothelial Cells (HIAEC), which are isolated from human iliac artery. HIAEC are shipped in proliferating culture (P3) with >90% confluence in T25 flask, which contains >5 x 10^5 cells. HIAEC express vWF/Factor VIII and CD31 (PECAM), and DiI-Ac-LDL by uptake. They are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi and can further expand for 12 population doublings in Endothelial Cell Growth Medium (Cat# MD-0010) under the condition suggested by iXCells Biotechnologies.
