Product Description

Human iPSC Xeno-Free Growth Medium is a xeno-free and feeder-free medium specially formulated for the growth and expansion of human pluripotent stem cells (PSCs). It is suitable to be used to scale up production of iPSCs and shown to support iPSC growth for >50 passages without any signs of karyotypic abnormalities, along with maintaining the ability of iPSCs to differentiate into all three germ line lineages.

Sterility test:	Negative for bacteria, yeast, fungi and mycoplasma.
Storage & stability:	Avoid exposure to light. Store at -20^oC for up to 12 months. Once thawed, the medium can be stored at 4°C for up to 2 weeks.
